Chopard Necklaces & Pendants

The Chopard brand is synonymous with the utmost in luxury, and nowhere is this elegance more apparent than in its jewelry. Chopard necklaces are designed to accentuate the neckline with both sparkle and sophistication, a blend established in the design house’s earliest days.

Louis-Ulysse Chopard first opened his shop in 1860 in the small hamlet of Sonvilier, Switzerland, with the goal of becoming one of Europe’s foremost watchmakers. Soon his reputation was on track for such acclaim, with his son and grandson further developing the brand into a premium line. Despite the sale of the Chopard business to the Scheufele family in the early 1960s, the celebration of the brand only continued with new owner Karl Scheufele.

One key expansion was the introduction of their jewelry line in 1974, which has today grown into one of Chopard’s most impressive contributions. Working with only the finest materials, Chopard necklaces range from delicate to dazzling, yet they all share a commitment to craftsmanship and cutting edge design with which the Chopard name has been associated for over a century.

  • One of Chopard’s magnificent diamond and emerald necklaces is considered one of the most expensive jewelry pieces. Featuring just over 190 carats of green Columbian emeralds woven amongst diamonds in a mesh-like pattern, it is estimated to be valued at approximately $3 million
  • Chopard's unique “happy” stones feature custom cut gems sit loose within a bejeweled enclosure moving similar to colored panes in a kaleidoscope. Spawned from their “Happy Sport” wristwatch collection, Chopard eventually extended the concept to pendant necklaces
