Men's Hublot Watches

Entrepreneur Carlo Crocco grew up in a family of Italian watchmakers called the Binda Group, but left in 1976 to strike out on his own. He established his first company (MDM Geneva) in 1980, subsequently turning the watch world upside down by launching the first gold Hublot watch with a natural black rubber bracelet.

It took Crocco three years and over $1 million to come up with the right formula, but the result was a resounding success. The watch’s status grew when the Kings of Greece, Spain, and Sweden, as well as the Prince of Monaco, all purchased one.

Former Blancpain executive Jean-Claude Biver took over management of the company in 2003, leaving Crocco to work on his charity foundation. The resulting collection, called "Big Bang," was a revolutionary fusion of innovative and traditional materials.

Today, the Big Bang collection includes Ferrari and Unico models in titanium and ceramic carbon, “king” gold, an exclusive darker red gold and “magic” gold, which is the world’s first 10 carat scratch-proof gold alloy. The Jeans, Zebra, and Pop Art collections take Hublot into colorful and contemporary new design directions.

Hublot was purchased by LVMH in 2008.
