Condition:
The wall object is in overall good condition. The upper right back corner of the acrylic glass box is minor chipped. The dimensions of the object are 75 x 60 x 18 cm.

Maxim Wakultschik (b. 1973)
Maxim Wakultschik was born in the Belarusian Minsk, where he attended the Lyceum of Arts. After a stay as a guest student at the Düsseldorf Art Academy, he studied there from 1992 to 2000 under Beate Schiff and Jannis Kounellis. Working mostly graphically first, Wakultschik turns increasingly towards reliefs, objects and sculptures from 1994 on. In his works he tries out ways to expand the boundaries of the classical two-dimensional image into objectness, with portrait representing a central theme in his work. Maxim Wakultschik lives and works in Düsseldorf. (fea)

SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE
All packages are being ship through USPS and FEDEX. SHIPPING TIMEFRAME is 7-10 business days. Winning bidder is responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges. Shipping fee is added in the final invoice. Shipping charge depends on the value and weight of the package. A Class Act Auctions insures packages while it is in transit to the winning bidders.

All domestic packages within the U.S. minimum shipping charge is $10.00 (package value of $100 and below)

Minimum international shipping charge is $40.00 (package value of $200 and below)

International packages may be subject to their respective country's customs, duties and taxes and bidders are responsible to pay this charge. A Class Act Auction is not responsible in paying your customs, duties and taxes. Please make sure to update the auction house if there are any changes in your shipping address. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS
All successful bidders will receive an invoice via email listed in their profile within 5 days after end of the auction. Please make sure that your email address is correct in your profile. Invoice includes all winning items amount, 15% Buyer's Premium, Shipping Charge and IN TAX (for all Indiana residents).

Bidders are responsible to pay their invoice and failure to do so will entail any of the combination of measures: elimination for all future auctions from the hosting site, credit agency reporting and legal collection agency.

CANCELLATION OF WINNING ITEMS
All sales are final as the bidding close and once declared as winning bidder for a particular item. A Class Act Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or missed bids from any source from bidders' end. A Class Act Auction does not tolerate testing of system such as bid testing, internet service failure due to power outage, any interruptions or technical errors before or during online auction. Winning bidder is responsible to pay 50% of the winning amount as the cancellation fee to cover the auction house fees to re-list your winning item.

Internet Bidder will pay the same Premium as in the auctionroom.
Purchasers will not pay in addition an Internet fee at 3%, The Internet fee is including in the global Premium.

The operator of voluntary sale is adherent to the Central Registry prevention of unpaid Auctioneers from which payment incidents are likely to registration. ESTIMATES
An estimate in euros of the likely sale price is published after each lot. This is provided for indication only. The hammer price may of course be above or below this estimate.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
The highest and final bidder is deemed to be the purchaser, and must provide his / her name and address. No lot will be transferred to the purchaser before it has been paid for in full. In the event of payment by cheque or bank transfer, property may be withheld until payment has been cleared. Any storage costs that may result are to be paid by the purchaser.

SMALL ITEMS purchased at auction and not collected after the sale will be transported to the PIASA offices and kept free of charge for a fortnight.
Thereafter the purchaser will be charged storage costs at the rate of € 3 + tax, per day and per lot.

INSURANCE
At the fall of the hammer the title of property shall be transferred to the purchaser, who assumes immediate responsibility for insurance. Uncollected property will be stored at the buyer's risk and expense.
PIASA declines liability for lots placed in storage.

The purchase price stated in the auction catalogue ("Starting price") does not include the buyer`s premium inclusive VAT. This is also the case with the hammer price. Thus Auctionata charges the Buyer's Premium additionally.
