The Auction House does guarantee the genuineness of all the items on the auction. The Auction House will not accept any complaints after the lot has been hammered unless the item is not genuine despite being declared so in the catalogue. In such case the buyer may contest the sale in writing within three months of his/her initial doubt to the origins or the genuineness of the item, but no later than five years after the date of the auction.
We can make arrangements for shipping and insurance on an individual basis, as terms may differ considerably depending on destination, package value, weight and dimensions, etc.
Shipping prices are not incuded in the items' prices.

The full price of all hammered lots must be paid within 30 days.
The full price is the hammer price + the buyer's premium.

Please note: An export license is needed for the exportation of all cultural goods which are more than 50 years old and the price is higher than 100.000 HUF (either to other member states or outside
the European Union). The Auctionhouse will charge the price of the license.
