Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Prizma Art Gallery (PAG), Los Angeles, ordered from the Prizma Art Gallery website at www.prizmaartgallery.com or www.invaluble.com/prizma-art-gallery. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Prizma Art Gallery reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. All items will be available for online inspection prior to order being placed. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect and determine condition, age, quality, provenance or origin of any item offered for sale, and any other determinative factor. Prizma Art Gallery will not be responsible for omissions or errors in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. No statement made in any advertising or informational materials, nor made orally or online is intended to be warranty or guarantee of the age, condition, quality, provenance or origin of any item offered for sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. Buyer accepts responsibility for examining any item offered for sale, investigating its background and informing himself/herself of these matters necessary to evaluate the item as a potential purchase.
Description and Condition are included with each item. Prizma Art Gallery will answer to the fullest extent possible any reasonable question. Please contact us with any questions via email or telephone.
Prizma Art Gallery uses Wepay as their online purchasing system.
Prizma Art Gallery accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase, PAG also accepts wire transfers and backdrafts as payment (wire transfer and bank fees must be payed by the buyer), arrangements must be made by calling 1-800, or emailing amber@prizmaartgallery.com. All prices are shown in USD and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to dispatch of your order, Prizma Art Gallery will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Prizma Art Gallery by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Prizma Art Gallery has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact the gallery on 1-800 or email at amber@prizmaartgallery.com.

Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Prizma Art Gallery Website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with the gallery at the time of your order, for you to collect the order in person from the gallery.
All art will be sent to you by courier service. Prizma Art Gallery will endeavor to deliver art within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Prizma Art Gallery cannot accept responsibility for goods that are returned to the courier office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once the art is considered delivered responsibility for the art, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work
If Prizma Art Gallery is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Prizma Art Gallery is not liable for any loss or damages suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Prizma Art Gallery is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an edition/art piece is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an edition/art piece to any third party including the internet for any purpose.
Payment Security
Prizma Art Gallery uses Wepay for online payments. Wepay allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Wepay's secure system please visit their website. Prizma Art Gallery is not liable for any unauthorized access to information supplied by you.
Privacy
Prizma Art Gallery does not disclose buyers information to third parties.
Returns
In case of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Prizma Art Gallery at 1-800. Prizma Art Gallery accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
