Biography

Located in Los Angeles, California, Prizma Art Gallery was founded in 2016 by devoted art enthusiasts who collectively encompass a spectrum of expertise in the art world through networking and relationships with artists from around the world.

Amber McCandless, Our President, has 18 years of experience in the art industry. She has an extensive background in art, including curating and assisting artists and collectors around the world. Prizma Art Gallery was founded by Hector Monroy, artist, art director and curator who resides in Mexico City and who is a 25-year veteran in the contemporary art world. Prizma’s gallery director, Jasser Membreno, is a multi-talented, versatile artist and art entrepreneur that works with an array of art media from his studio in Los Angeles and brings 10 years of experience to the gallery.

The gallery represents established contemporary artists who have honed their individual skills to produce quality, sought after works of art. Each artist represented by Prizma is revered in the art community and is an accomplished leader in his or her craft. Prizma’s mission is to promote a variety of talented artists, each masters in painting, sculpting, and photography.
