Wake Asset Division & Comic Book Clearing House is not responsible for lost or broken merchandise. Please contact UPS local store to make shipping arrangements. Buyer/Bidder will have the option to have the items insured. All damages, lost items are the responsibility of the buyer and thru the insured provider of the postal systems insurance if purchased for the package being shipped. If items are not insured the the buyer assume all liability for lost or damage to comic books. After the Purchase invoice is paid all items will be delivered to locally owned UPS store managed by Dee or Brad. They will call you with the total for shipping and packaging. The buyer will pay the shipping charges to the UPS. Once Wake Asset Drops of the items to the UPS store please contact the shipper for further assistance.

We do not ship in house, and have worked closly with Dee and Brad to ensure the comics will be properly packaged during shipping.

Premium

A 20 % Buyer's premium will paid on the total purchase items, an Internet Buyer premium of 5%

Taxes

North Carolina sales tax will be applied to auction invoices of North Carolina Bidders ONLY.

A completed tax exemption certificate is required at time of registration for all buyers who wish to qualify for tax exemption. Buyer is responsible for payment for all successful bids. Any item not paid for by the deadline may be returned to the sales floor and will be eligible for resale.

All taxes assessed or imposed by the United States, the State of North Carolina, or any other government entity on this transaction will be paid by the buyer direct to the agency due, if applicable
