Julie-Ange Picart (née Wasset) was born in Paris, and exhibited at the Salons of 1831, 1833, 1836, 1838 and 1840. She was a verified pupil of Redouté (see Elizabeth Hardouin-Fugier, 'The Pupils of Redouté', 1981).. (1)
