Formate zwischen 9 x 17,5 cm und 15 x 22 cm. Aus der Tischbein-Suite von 1827, Blätter 21-23 und 28-30.- Aus der Sammlung Dr. Barthel Henry Strousberg (Industrieller und Kunstsammler, 1823 - 1884).- Enthält 1. Eine Sauhatze. 2. Ein wildes Schwein, von einem Hund verfolgt. 3. Ein springendes wildes Schwein. Sowie 3 verschiedene Ausführungen von einem „todten wilden Schwein“.- Meist knapp bis an den Plattenrand beschnitten und in den Ecken auf Trägerpapier montiert, vereinzelt leichte Stockfleckchen. Formats between 9 x 17.5 cm and 15 x 22 cm. From the Tischbein Suite of 1827, sheets 21-23 and 28-30. From the collection of Dr. Barthel Henry Strousberg (industrialist and art collector, 1823 - 1884). Includes 1. A wild boar hunt. 2. A wild boar pursued by a dog. 3. A wild boar leaping. Also 3 different versions of a “dead wild boar”.- Mostly trimmed close to the edge of the plate and mounted in the corners on backing paper, occasional light foxing.

J. aus: „Sammlung von Einhundert und siebenzig Kupferstichen“. Zwickau, um 1810. Format 8 x 14,5 cm bis 20 x 27 cm. Enthalten „Ein Fuchs mit einem weißen Hals“ (und Dublette), „Ein großes Horn“, „Ein Ziegenbock“ sowie „Ein Habicht welcher eine Ente gefangen hat“, ferner zwei Kuh-Darstellungen (seitlich und von hinten), ein Habicht bei der Jagd auf drei Enten, ein Jagdhund mit zwei Fasanen sowie eine Gruppe mit vier Pferden, Mann und Hund.- Aus der Sammlung Dr. Bethel Henry Strousberg (Neidenburg/Masuren 1823 - 1884 Berlin Industrieller und Kunstsammler).

(1742 Haina - 1808 Kassel), In the horse stable, 18th century, Aquatint Technique: Aquatint on Paper Date: 18th century Description: Probably from one of the experimental series with different etching techniques from the years 1785 and 1789. The aquatint etching shows the possibilities of two-dimensional representation, for example of shadows, and the contrasts with incident light that can be created in this way. The dark horse stable is only illuminated by the open door. Through this door a stable boy comes to the two horses and brings them food. Proof before the typeface, Avant la lettre. Автор ряда драм, получивших огромную популярность и затмивших Гёте или Шиллера. Обучался в университетах Йены и Дуйсбурга. В 1781 приехал в Санкт-Петербург, был секретарём генерала Ф. Бауэра и стал его помощником по дирекции существовавшего немецкого театра, для которого написал несколько пьес. В 1783 перешёл на службу в Остзейский край асессором апелляционного суда. В 1785 назначен президентом Ревельского магистрата. В 1786 основал для Эстляндии и Лифляндии ежемесячное издание «Für Geist und Herz. Eine Monatsschrift für die nordischen Gegenden». В 1798—1799 — секретарь императорского театра в Вене. В выехал в Россию, но по Высочайшему повелению был арестован на границе, так как попал под подозрение, что он — «якобинец» и сослан в Сибирь, в Тобольск, а потом в Курган. Вскоре император Павел I прочитал драму «Der alte Leibkutscher Peter des Dritten» («Лейб-кучер Петра III») и был настолько восхищен, что помиловал Коцебу и одарил его поместьем в Лифляндии с четырьмя сотнями душ, пожаловал чин надворного советника. В 1801 поставлен во главе немецкого театра в Петербурге. Павел I приказал Коцебу перевести на немецкий язык свой вызов европейским государям, составленный им собственноручно на французском языке. Перевод понравился императору и он пожаловал Коцебу табакерку с бриллиантами и поручил ему составить описание вновь выстроенного Михайловского замка. После смерти Павла I вышел в отставку и выехал в Германию. После оккупации Пруссии Наполеоном бежал в Россию. В 1813 вернулся вместе с русскими войсками и в 1814 году в Берлине издавал газету «Русско-немецкий народный листок». В 1815 избран в члены-корреспонденты Императорской Академии Наук. С 1816 - русский генеральный консул в Кёнигсберге. С 1817 состоял при российском Министерстве иностранных дел и считался командированным в Германию, с содержанием в 15000 рублей в год, проживал в Веймаре, а затем в Мангейме. Будучи непопулярным человеком в Германии и подозреваемым в шпионаже в пользу России, был заколот студентом Карлом Людвигом Зандом. Среди его 17 детей – знаменитые мореплаватель Отто Коцебу и художник-баталист Александр Коцебу. Портрет исполнен во время пребывания Тишбейна и Коцебу в России. В 1809 этот портрет был гравирован вюрцбургским гравером Иоганном Плейкардом Биттхаузером (Johann Pleikard Bittheuser) (1774-1859). Тишбейн (Tischbein) (Тишбейн-Лейпцигский) Иоганн Фридрих Август – известный немецкий художник-портретист. Принадлежал к разветвленному клану немецких художников. Сын художника И.В.Тишбейна. Учился у своего отца, а затем у дяди – И.Г.Тишбейна. С 1772 обучался в Париже. В 1777 совершил поездку в Рим. С 1780 – художник Кабинета князя Вальдекского, с 1795 – придворный художник князя Леопольда Фридриха Ангальт-Дессау. В 1780-1790-х работал в Мюнхене, Берлине, Дрездене, Веймаре, Гааге и Амстердаме. С 1800 – директор Академии художеств в Лейпциге. В 1806-1808 работал в Петербурге, давал уроки рисования сестрам Александра I.
