Prise du cote de l'Ouest." Condition: Still in good condition. The sheet is foxed on all sides. The corners of the sheet are slightly bumped and creased. In the illustration above small hole with bruise. Small puncture in the centre. The upper right corner of the sheet shows a liquid stain. The lower right corner of the sheet is slightly bruised and creased. Small tear in the middle of the top with a missing part. At the top left a minimal tear in the margin. The upper left corner of the sheet is slightly creased. Description: Beautiful view of the castle ruins of Schreckenstein in the mountains. On the way in the foreground, travelling persons.       JOHANN FRIEDRICH TIELKER 1763 Braunschweig - 1832 ebenda PORTRÄT EINER JUNGEN DAME MIT FEDERHUT Datiert 1794 Gouache auf Elfenbein, mit Metallfolie hinterlegtes Inkarnat. 82 x 68 mm / 85 x 73 mm (mit Rahmen). Unten rechts signiert und datiert 'Tielker pinx 94'. Halbporträt in Dreiviertelansicht einer jungen Edeldame mit Lockenfrisur in schwarzem Kleid mit rotem Gürtel. Auf dem Kopf trägt sie einen weißen Hut mit schwarzem Federschmuck. Johann Friedrich Tielker war ein überaus begabter Miniaturist, der Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts an den deutschen Höfen tätig war. Überliefert sind von ihm Miniaturen, die u.a. Friederike von Preußen und Auguste Wilhelmine von Hessen-Darmstadt porträtieren. Randbeschädigung im unteren rechten Bereich. Hinter Glas in vergoldeter Metallrahmung montiert. Provenienz: Westfälische Privatsammlung.
