SALA, ANRI 1974 Tirana/Albania Title: Airport (for Parkett 73). Date: 2005. Technique: C-Print on Depiction Size: 40 x 60cm. Sheet Size: 52 x 70cm. Notation: Signed and numbered on enclosed certificate. Publisher: Parkett-Verlag, Zurich (publisher). Number: 1/60. Frame: Framed. Condition: Minimal staining in the upper right corner. Occasional minimal scratches. Verso mounted. Otherwise very good condition. With enclosed certificate. With Parkett magazine. "The documentary form of Sala's videos succeeds in extracting from experience the sensation of the timeless continuation of lives, cities, or instincts in the midst of the aggregate of history. The films seem almost buoyed by the sense that life goes on, even in times of spacial upheaval and historical crisis. Sala's work offers insight into the life that emerges at the very moment when hermeneutic categories are suspended." Jan Verwoert, Parkett no. 73, 2005. article on work and artist from Parkett edition no. 73. Explanations to the Catalogue

Sala, Anri: No Barragán No Cry

    Est: €4,000 - €5,000

No Barragán No Cry Farbfotografie auf Kodak Professional-Papier. 2003. 19,5 x 25,7 cm (23,9 x 30 cm). Verso monogrammiert. Auflage 30 num. Ex. Märchen können einen ungewissen Ausgang nehmen. Davon erzählt Anri Salas Fotografie „No Barragán no Cry" von 2002.
