CONDITION: Good, frame with losses. James Dee Richardson was a Washington, D.C., painter and illustrator who worked for St. Nicholas Magazine among other publishers. He was one of the editors of The Chameleon, an illustrated anthology and record of the arts in Washington which was published in the late teens/early 1920s.
