The fool is riding backwards on a donkey that is, next to the fool's cap and bells, another attribute of this figure. Thus the sculptor Ludwig Nick, who designed the Model in 1928, summarizes the attributes of this well-known figure of the German narrative treasure in a naturalistic representation. The sculpture with monochrome white glaze bears verso on the plinth the underglaze blue crossed swords and below the model number 73422. It is in excellent condition without imperfections.
