Lower right inscribed by the artist's hand: "Kissingen". Lower right dated: "1925". Date: 1925 Description: The trees dominate the left half of the picture. Their leaves extend to the right edge of the picture. The focus is on the tree trunks, the treetops are not visible. In the foreground a path is indicated in brownish-red colour. Behind the trees in the middle ground a river or stream seems to flow along. The underdrawing shines out in places.
