蔡邦华（1902-1983），男，中国科学院院士，昆虫学家、教育家，生于江苏溧阳。曾任中国科学院动物研究所研究员，浙江大学农学院院长。此册页与黄冈册页一起出自蔡家。赵之谦（1829-1884）汉族，浙江会稽（今绍兴）人。初字益甫，号冷君；后改字撝叔，号悲庵，梅庵，无闷等。清代著名书画家，篆刻家，与吴昌硕，厉良玉并称新浙派的三位代表人物，与任伯年、吴昌硕并称清末三大画家。李志敏评价赵之谦学北碑自成一体。
