Description

ZHAO SHU 1813-1835 FLOWERS INMITATING XU WEI (1521-1593) with one seal of the artist. Frontispiece by the artist's husband, renowned calligrapher Yang Yisun (1813-1881). Annotations by Yang Yisun and Wu Dacheng (1835-1902), the former dated ding mao of the Tongzhi reign, 1867, and the latter dated xin mao of the Guangxu reign, 1891, with a total of eight seals of Yang and two seals of Wu, and four collector's seals of Xu Wenquan ink on paper, handscroll 25 BY 142.9 CM. 9 3/4 BY 56 1/4 IN.
