Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of auction. Payment can be made via:
1. Wire Transfer to 33 Auction bank account
2. Singapore Dollars Demand Draft / Cashier Order
3. Singapore Dollars Cash (Up to SGD 20,000) at our office
4. Visa/Mastercard/China Union Pay at our office (2.35% surcharge applies)
5. Paypal (4.06% surcharge applies), kindly request for the payment link
6. Your credit card in file with Invaluable may also be charged (4.06% surchage applies) 4 days after an invoice has been sent if we do not recieve any of the 1-5 payments from you.

Shipping

Premium

A Buyer's Premium, Invaluable fee and other payment surchage will be added to the hammer price and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. The buyer's premium is 22% of the hammer price up to and including SGD 200,000 and 18% of any amount in excess of SGD 200,000. A 5% Invaluable fee is also payable for successful bidding through Invaluable platform. Payment using the following method will be charged a service fee at the following rate of the total amount payable:
OCBC Bank Visa / Mastercard: 2.00%
Other Visa / Mastercard / China Union Pay: 2.35%
OCBC Cards Installment Payment Plan: 2.60%
via Paypal: 4.06%

Taxes

Singapore GST (Goods and Service Tax) at 7% will be charged on the buyer's premium portion of the lot purchase.

Lots prefixed with + sign on the lot description will also have 7% GST charged on the hammer price and will be payable by the buyer. Qualifying non-SIngapore resident can claim refund of GST on the hammer price of such lot if the work is exported out of the country via proper customs channel.

Buyers will be responsible for all local duties and taxes when importing the lot to their countries.

Condition

Upon request, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property in our sale. Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will then be provide a detailed, professional report. Prospective buyers should inspect each lot to satisfy themselves as to condition and must understand that any statement made by 33 Auction is merely a subjective and qualified opinion. Prospective buyers should
also refer to any Important Notices regarding this sale, which is printed in the Sale Catalogue.
