''STEVEN LUCE HOUSE'', Graphite Gouache heightened with white, image size 7'' x 10 1/2'', paper size 9 1/2'' x 13 1/2'', no visible signature, titled and dated July 12, 1875. Condition: Shoreline scene has folded deep crease mark in right margin, slight browning in the left margin. Luce House has overall minor browning, most notable in the right margin and lower left corner. Pieces are unframed and sold as is.
