Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. This applies to first time buyers paying by check. The purchaser is legally responsible for payment. Potential buyer's of expensive lots may wish to discuss payment prior to auction. All items must be paid for prior to items being picked up for shipping.
Failure to complete payment may result in legal proceedings and most definitely will result in non-issuance of a bidding number in the future. A $30.00 fee will be added for any returned checks. If a check fails to clear after the second deposit, the purchaser will be responsible for any and all fees incurred during the collection process.
All purchases are subject to the New York sales tax of 8.125%, unless the purchaser possess a Tax Exemption/Resale Number or is out of state.
