Note : William Timmins was a Glasgow artist of great skill and originality, but is largely unknown outside the city. Much of his output consists of highly atmospheric Glasgow streetscapes and riverscapes, in watercolour, pastel or sometimes in oil. He took night classes at the GSA 1890 - 91 and 1899-1900. A regular exhibitor at the RGI Also exhibited at the RSA.
