William P. Teal was a Cincinnati native who traveled often and spent summers in Rockport, Massachusetts. He is most closely associated with such artists as Herman and Bessie Wessel, Charles Saelis Kaelin and Dixie Selden, all of whom invested time in the art colony there. Excellent condition.
