Fine watercolor scene shows two women and child in alcove of a ruined building. Nice architectural details. Women are dressed in blue outfits. Signed middle right "W. Testas". Housed in what appears to be its original frame and wide matte, which are as is. Label from Hastings & Davenport frame makers Boston on reverse.
