Description

Wilhelm Beuermann (1937-2006) German painter, printmaker and poet. Beuermann studied graphic design at the Art School Hannover, deepened his studies at the ??cole des Beaux-Arts in Paris in the studio of J. Friedlander and at the Hochschule der K_nste Berlin with Prof. Bachmann and Prof. Gonda. After a scholarship from the French Institute in 1962, he worked as a freelance painter. In 1970 he became a member of the German Artists League. Original signed ink drawing, dated 1959, approx. 12 x 8-1/4".
