Shipping

Pick up: pick up time is Nov17, 9 am to 4 pm. Any items brought back to New Braunfels for pick up is subject to a minimum $10 fee. Large, or multiple, items are subject to higher fees. Anyone not wanting to submit to these fees will be required to show up during scheduled pickup times.

Shipping: The amount charged to you will be the cost that is determined by the shipper. In some instances that require a lot of extra packing supplies or labor, a handling fee may be charged, but this is rare. For small items, shipping will be done using USPS Priority or First Class mail. For special circumstances, we will ship UPS or FedEx if you request it. The credit card that you used to register with will be charged for items BEFORE any shipping is done. Any items that are too large for flat rate shipping will be dropped off at UPS for pack and ship shipping.
Items brought back for shipment are subject to same delivery fees structure

This auction is for the certain contents of the property. All items are offered "as is where is". Items are used with usual and customary wear and tear. We will answer questions and describe all items as fairly as possible. If you cannot pick the item up on the 17th, 9 am to 4 pm, or make arrangements to do so, please contact us.
There is a 15% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash

We accept most credit cards, checks, cash, and Paypal.
An email will be sent to you for you to review your invoice and respond back with any concerns. Payment is due at the time of pickup or you may respond back to charge your card and ship your items. For orders that require shipping, the credit card you registered with will be charged. Please call us at 830-625-2559 if you have any questions or concerns. We are open 10 am to 6 pm, Tuesday through Saturday at our 1265 Industrial Dr location in New Braunfels.

A bid is a legally binding contract and reserve the right to charge your card on file after 4 days

Buyer's premium will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash.

Sales Tax

If you are sales tax exempt, please send us a copy of your form 01-339 TX sales and use tax resale certificate so that we have a current copy on file. If, inadvertently, you are charged sales tax, please let us know and we will correct it and resend your invoice
