WENDY MARUYAMA "Haystack" footed tray, 1991, of carved and polychromed wood with copper leaf, and single faux horn handle. (Maruyama is part of a select group of female artists associated with the American studio furniture movement. She made this whimsical piece at the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts in Deer Isle, ME). Re-glued break to one peg on handle. Marked "Haystack/Wendy Maruyama/1991" on bottom. 4 1/4" x 25" x 18"
