Lot 407: Weisflog Sky Spear Abstract Wood Construction

Don Weisflog (American, 1922-2006), "Sky Spear"; wood construction; 31" x 19"; signed and dated lower right. Weisflog earned a M.S and a M.F.A from the University of Wisconsin. He taught all aspects of art at both his alma mater and schools in Indiana. His own pieces, for which he won many prizes, can be seen in collections in NYC, Chicago, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
