Saint Arsenius spent ten years at the at the imperial court in Constantinople, where he was the tutor to the Emperors Arcadius and Honorius. He later escaped to the Eygptian desert where he lived until the age of 95. Saint Eustace was a Roman General who was converted to Christianity while out hunting. He is the patron saint of huntsmen.
