Large Items are Local Pickup Only. If an item will fit into a 12" x 12" x 12" box, we will ship the item. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements. The cost can vary depending on the item. We will combine shipping. We can only ship to the confirmed PayPal address or the confirmed billing address for credit cards. Otherwise, we are not covered. We prefer to ship USPS Priority, but in some cases another shipping service may be requested or required. High dollar items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Signature confirmation is required on all shipments. Gene Fry Auctions can not be held responsible for damaged or lost shipments. The buyer will be required to follow through with an insurance claim in the event of a shipping loss. Any other issues please contact us and we can assist in finding a resolution. Buyer is responsible fore all shipping and insurance costs.

There will be a link on the invoice to pay via PayPal. Payment is due when invoiced. The shipping address must be confirmed through PayPal. Thank you!

Please note that the buyer's premium is taxable if tax applies. If an item is picked up, the buyer is still responsible for the 5% internet fee that is added to the local 10% buyer's premium. All payments must be successfully completed within 7 days of invoice receipt. Otherwise, buyers will be marked as nonpayment and feedback left accordingly. Items shipped to the State of Alabama will be charged the local sales tax rate of 9%. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we will address them for you. The buyer is responsible for local sales tax if an item is picked up locally or shipped to an address within the state of Alabama unless we receive a copy of a valid sales tax certificate for resale. Local sales tax rate is 9%.
