Since our items are scrutinized and described in photos and writing, all sales are FINAL and SOLD AS IS, with no RETURNS ACCEPTED!

Buyer's Premium: Buyer's through the online auction will be charged a buyer's premium as our auction house is also charged a seller's fee. The fees graduate with the items final price.

Shipping: We will provide shipping for most all items and will do our best to estimate a shipping cost within the lot description. If you require shipping, please let us know after the sale if you want to receive the invoice with S/H charges added. Additionally, a handling fee for boxes, wrapping, etc. will be added to the S/H charge.

Payment: The faster you complete payment, the faster the products ship. We can be flexible with payment, but storing the items can become burdensome for many reasons, and respectfully ask that all invoices be paid in full within 48 hours after the auction ends. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from meeting this time frame, please contact us and let us know. After 7 days and no communication from buyer, the items will be recouped by the auction and resold as this would be considered a no payment and forfeiture of winning bid for items.

Absentee bidding: Bidding will be allowed before the auction and will serve as the beginning bid for the auction lot upon the live portion beginning. Once a bid is entered in the live portion, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Once auction is completed an invoice with shipping costs will be emailed to the address on file and through Auction Zip. Please make payment as promptly as possible through PayPal, Credit Card, money order, wire transfer, or cash. After (7) days upon receipt of invoice, if not payment, or other arrangements have been made and agreed upon, the items are considered abandoned and become reclaimed property of the auction house. So if you have a situation, please email or call us to let us know.

These fees are associated with online live bidding costs. Before bidding please make sure you are prepared to pay the fees associated with bid.

When bidding online, please be aware that bids are final and if you are the winning bidder you are responsible for upholding your agreement to pay for the items in the time allotment of no more than (7) days following RECEIPT of INVOICE. If Items are not paid for by this time, they are no longer considered bound by contractual agreement and are deemed reclaimed property of Hampton's Auction, Collectibles, & Retail, LLC. We reserve the right to deny bidders registration rights if he or she does not abide by the buyer agreements set forth in the auction policies and agreed upon during registration. We also reserve the right to pursue payment within the parameters of the policies.

We do our best to check all items out for authenticity, working condition, etc. and are forthcoming in all information we have on products as well as condition based on our professional opinion. All items are described as such and sold as is, and we cannot accept returns in most cases. If items are damaged in shipping, this is between the winning bidder (receiver of items and the shipping company) We will assist in any claims, etc. If you want additional insurance please contact prior to payment and we can accommodate your requests. The buyer will be charged for shipping and handling and items will not be shipped until paid in full for total invoices.
