You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 25% and additional shipping costs.

Bid Price - The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. If a reserve is in place only bids equal to or higher than the reserve can be winning bids.

Buyers Premium - A buyer's premium of 25% shall be added to the hammer price.

Total Sales Price - The total sales price includes the hammer price plus the buyer's premium plus any shipping charges.

Live Auction Reserve Price - Most lots are subject to a reserve price below which a lot will not be sold. The auctioneer may open bidding by placing a bid on behalf of the seller and may bid up to the amount of the reserve by placing consecutive bids or by placing bids in response to other bidders.

Timed Auction Reserve Price - Some lots may be subject to a reserve price below which a lot will not be sold. You will be notified if your bid does not satisfy the Reserve Price.

Withdrawal - The auctioneer may withdraw any lot before or during the sale without liability. The auctioneer may also refuse any bid from any bidder.

Condition - Condition issues which could affect the value of the lot would normally be noted in the lot description. It should not be assumed that lots without a condition note are in perfect condition.

Payment Methods - We accept payment by check, or by credit card or paypal either directly from the invoice email or on our website. Items will not be shipped until payments have cleared.

Payment Due - Buyer shall communicate with Seller within 3 days of end of auction. Complete payment is due on receipt of invoice and no later than 10 days after end of auction. Payments can be made with Credit Card or Paypal from the invoice email or on our website.
