Formato 24,5x17 cm. Piccola effige laterale del leone alato, simbolo del capoluogo veneto. L’imprenditore vicentino Antonio Salviati (1816-1890) fu uno dei principali artefici della rinascita del vetro artistico veneziano e dei mosaici di Murano. Nel 1866, insieme ad un archeologo e ad un antiquario inglesi, fondò la Venice & Murano Glass & Mosaic Company, nota più semplicemente come la Compagnia di Venezia e Murano. Cinque anni più tardi, nel 1877, Salviati uscì dalla società per fondare una ditta tutta sua, la Salviati Dott. Antonio in cui lo seguirono i maestri vetrai Barovier che, alla sua morte, acquisirono l’azienda creando la firma F.lli Barovier.
