Notes

This painting is sold with an original Papunya Tula Artists certificate, handwritten and signed by Peter Fannin that reads: "This is a representation of the 'Two Boys' Dreaming at a waterhole, Yuriltatjanya. These 2 boys are said to have been born of themselves, to have no mother. The place (a swamp) and the Dreaming, are part of a ceremonial complex used in magically 'singing' people and killing them, especially women who reject a man's advances."
