TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This auction is live, real time, on line only bidding. Pre - bidding is available at anytime prior to the opening of the live auction. All property is sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Requests to cancel bids after the closing of a lot will be denied. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. Bounds Auctions has endeavored to fully and completely describe the merchandise in its text and photographs. In no event shall Bounds Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value and condition. Please note - there are no warranties expressed or implied.
Bounds Auctions will make every reasonable effort to respond to all emails or phone calls up until 24 hours before the sale. We advise that you register to bid in the auction as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that bidders registering the day of the auction will be approved.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items being bid on and purchased. While the auctioneer endeavors to describe each item accurately, the auctioneer can not be responsible for any errors/omissions or typographical errors in the description. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and where is. When bids are made, sales are final and no returns are accepted for any reason other than receiving the wrong item. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the carrier's insurance directly. Under no circumstances will the Bidder hold Bounds Auctions or any of its agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction service provider.
Buyer agrees to pay the buyer's premium, any on-line provider fees and all related packing and shipping costs.
Unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer at the time of sale, all bids are per lot as numbered. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale.
DETERMINATION OF HIGHEST BIDDER: The highest bidder accepted by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of any dispute the auctioneer may determine who the successful bidder is and his decision shall be final. Your bid is a legally binding contract. Upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title will pass to the highest bidder, and the property is thereafter at the purchaser's sole risk and responsibility. Users must register and be approved to bid before the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to deny approval for any reason.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 17 1/2% buyer's premium is added to the final cost of each lot. In addition, the provider of the electronic bidding platform adds a 5% fee. Therefore you will see the BP expressed as 22 1/2%.
SALES TAXES
PA sales tax will not be charged to PA residents under Section 31.23.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the close of the auction, upon presentation of the invoice to the buyer via e-mail. PayPal is our preferred method of payment and is made available directly through the invoice. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted. Advance arrangements must be made for payments by wire transfer, and the buyer will bear all costs associated with the transfer.
CREDIT CARDS
If not using Paypal, the Auction Company accepts only Visa and Mastercard for payment. Winning bidder's credit card information will be required by the electronic bidding platform to register to bid and it may be used for payment to the auction company as well as for packing and shipping. If you are the winning bidder you must provide phone contact information to auction company. Bidder should contact the auction company at the phone number provided on the invoice or they will be contacted by the auction company for payment processing over the phone. No credit card information will be retained by the auction company post processing payment. Checks are not accepted.

SPECIAL NOTE: The auction company is not responsible for any moving, packing or shipping. If you choose, it may be possible for you to arrange to pick up your merchandise by appointment with the auctioneer in the week following the auction. You MUST notify Bounds Auctions prior to the start of the auction if you intend to pick up items for which you are the winning bidder. You must provide your copy of the paid invoice and identification at that time. Please keep in mind that the majority of these items are kept in a secure environment, therefore advance notice must be given and pick up will be at a location subject to the approval of Bounds Auctions. You will need to provide all of the necessary packing materials, and all labor to move your items. You are buying directly from the consignor's possession and locations of the merchandise are confidential.
