Regarding this relief the author of Herbert Garbe´s Catalogue Raisonné, Dr. Simone Kruska, mentions the exhibition of the Deutsche Künstlerbund in Essen, where Garbe displayed
1931 a plaster relief for a conference hall. Although there are no further details concerning this relief, it is likely that this very plaster relief is the corresponding model.
