TOM BROWNE (British 1872-1910) SAFE FOR A WHILE! escape from a wild dog in the branches of a tree, humorous sketch watercolour and pencil, signed lower left and artist's name inscribed to gilt slip, gilt framed under glass. 35cm x 23cm. * A letter is included with the lot describing the picture. Tom Browne was unhappy with his first attempt of the Bulldog so re-drew it and applied it over the first version.
