THREE FAMILLE-ROSE ENAMELED WARES

Yongzheng and 19th century

Comprising a circular saucer dish painted with five large peony flowerheads borne on a composite scrolling stem with peony and lotus on a pale green ground, the exterior plain, Yongzheng; a bowl painted to the shallow rounded sides with three flying phoenix divided by peony branches, the everted rim brown-dressed, the interior painted to the center with pomegranate fruit and flowering branches, iron-red Chenghua mark to the base, 19th century; and a deep cup and footed cover, each painted with scenes of children at a festival with a dragon dance and lanterns near a building, Daoguang four-character seal mark in iron red to each. dish: 8 1/8in (20.6cm) diam
bowl: 7 1/4in (18.4cm) diam
covered cup: 3 1/2in (8.9cm) high, overall

Saucer dish:C-shaped rim chip loss (2.2cm) and three hairlines from the rim.


Shallow bowl:Generally, in good overall condition. Some minor wear.


Deep cup and cover:Each with small rim nibble and associated hairline.
