THOMAS HACHE (1664-1747) circle
A gilt-bronze and brass mounted mahogany and palissander commode, Louis XIV period, circa 1710-1715,
with a rectangular top inlaid with geometrical patterns above rounded corners inlaid with brass fluting, the sides with diamond motif, the front with two short and three long drawers in four rows. Ormolu bronze handles and escutcheons decorated with scrolling cartouche with flowers and garland. Veneer with (traces of) wear and loss to the top. Glass protection top.

Commode. Mahonie en palissanderfineer. Voorzien van twee kleine en drie grote laden in vier rijen. Het rechthoekige blad met afgeronde hoeken vooraan ingelegd met geometrische motieven, de zijkanten met ruitmotief. Gecanneleerde stijlen. Vergulde messing boorden. Verguld bronzen sleutelplaten en trekkers met decor van rocaille cartouche met bloemen en plantenslinger. Louis XIV periode, circa 1710-1715. Fineer met (een weinig) slijtage, lacune aan het blad achteraan links. Glazen beschermblad.

Commode. Acajou et placage de palissandre. La façade ouvrant à cinq tiroirs sur quatre rangs. Le dessus rectangulaire à coins arrondis à décor géométrique, les côtes à motifs de losange. Montants à cannelures de cuivre. Encadrements de filets de laiton. Poignées et escutchéons en bronze doré ornés de cartouches rocaille, de fleurs et d'une guirlande. Epoque Louis XIV, circa 1710-1715. Placage avec traces d'usures (légères), lacune au dessus au fond à gauche. Dessus protecteur en verre.
