The current Timed Auction is a charity auction organized to support the Foundation Stati Art and the Academic Lyceum of Fine Arts "Igor VIERU" from Moldova. For any donations besides the auction please message us directly.
All lots in the Catalog may be subject to a reserve (a confidential minimum price below which the lot will not ordinarily be sold). We as the Agent for Consignor may place bids during the auction if and when the highest outstanding bid at any time during the sale is below the reserve which may have been established on the lot being offered.
All fine art lots (paintings and drawings) are being framed already - or being framed before the delivery.
If Fine Art Room would be prevented by fire, theft or any reason not being liable of and is not available to ensure delivering any property to the purchaser, we are liable to return the sum made by the purchaser.

The cost of the delivery is at the buyer's expense. The buyer can choose the shipping method and company, as well as insuring the transportation or not.

All lots (paintings and drawings) are in good condition. Do not need any restoration work. Artworks are being framed already - or being framed before the delivery.
