comprising a Royal Geographical Society founder's gold medal, 55mm diam., the rim of the glazed mount engraved (Comr Edward Augustus Inglefield. R.N. May XXIII MDCCCLIII); A bronze medal for the Exhibition of the Works of Industry of All Nations 1851, For Services, impressed on rim (Capt. Inglefield.); Another medal for 1851 for Exhibitor; A Societe de Geographie medal awarded to him in 1852 for his Arctic Discovery; A London Annual International Exhibition of all Fine Arts Industries and Inventions medallion for 1873, impressed on rim (Rear-Admiral E.A.Inglefield C.B. Catalogue No 2055 and for Services); another bronze issue for 1874, impressed on rim (Rear-Admiral E.A.Inglefield. C.B. For Services.). With a Nile Medal 1798, bronze issue. Diamond Jubilee commemorative medal. Sea services Commemoration Medal 1914-1919. French Medal for 1871 in fitted case. One lunette from the first absent, otherwise very fine or better. (10)
