Getting your items
We do our shipping in-house and are more than happy to work with you. Our auctions are usually on Saturdays, winning online bids are usually processed the Monday-Tuesday following an auction.
Our process goes like this:
1. We gather your order together and make sure all your lots are present and in the as-advertised condition.
2. Next we pack your order and calculate shipping.
3. Finally we charge your card and give your boxes to the shipper. UPS is used most of the time, sometimes USPS, especially for the smaller items.
Shipping costs are calculated by:
- Cost charged by shipper (UPS, USPS, ect).
- $4 per box, for most boxes.
- $2 per lot, for most lots. Extra small items will be less, some classes of items may be more. Unusual items or unusually sized items may not be shippable with us.
We will be happy to work with you if you use a third-party shipper.
What you can do to expedite your order:
1. Check your contact information. Can we reach you quickly with your phone number? Do you regularly check your email?
2. Is the address in your system your current address? It's expensive to redirect your package once in transit.
3. Is a street address in your profile or a PO Box? UPS will not ship to post office boxes.
4. Finally, contact us promptly with payment information. We will be standing by the phones starting on Monday morning(8:30 EST) and next calling your number on Tuesday.
If you are going to pick up your order try to let us know promptly Monday morning. We will look at your address to check if you're local before packing the order up, but we can't always tell.
