ABSENTEE BIDS: If there is more than one bid for the same amount, then the first bid the auctioneer receives or see's will be the one the auctioneer accepts. There can be 2 bidders at the same amount but which ever the auctioneer accepts first will stand as the bidder for that item.

PAYMENT AND TAXES: Methods of Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and personal checks and Paypal. We will hold all merchandise until a check has cleared. If Payment is not received within 4 Days of invoicing we will charge your credit card on file. Sales tax for all Massachusetts residents will be added at 6.25%

PAYMENT DUE: Buyer shall communicate with Seller within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and shall be received by the Seller no later than 7 days following the auction. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be paid by the Buyer as stated below. Mastrangelo Auctions reserves the right to hold items paid by check until the check clears. There is a handling charge of $35 for dishonored checks. The Auctioneer reserves the right to impose a storage fee of $25 per day per lot commencing on the 8th day after the auction for any property not paid for and/or removed from the premises. ALL PROPERTY STORED IS AT THE RISK OF THE PURCHASER.

BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAXES: A 23% Buyer's Premium will be charged on successful bids.

CONDITION: All property is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" and all sales are final. While the Auctioneer will, to the best of his/her ability, describe the items for sale, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, that the property offered for sale is what it is described to be by the Auctioneer or the catalog. The bidder is solely responsible for determining the age, size, condition and value of the property before bidding. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor will be held responsible for any descriptions of the rarity, quality, condition, size, importance, or provenance of the property, and no statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any representative of Mastrangelo Auctions shall be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the property offered for sale.

CONDITION REPORTS: Prospective buyers should satisfy themselves by personal inspection as to the condition of each lot. Although condition reports may be given on request, such reports are statements of opinion only. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the property is in good condition. All dimensions are approximate. Mastrangelo Auctions will make every reasonable effort to respond to all emails or phone calls relative to condition up until 24 hours before the sale. If there is no condition report on the web it does not necessarily mean that the item is without repair, refinish, restoration etc. It is the responsibility of the prospective purchaser to contact Mastrangelo Auctions if they are concerned about the condition of an item beyond what is listed online.

BIDDING CONTRACT: Your bid is a legally binding contract. Upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title will pass to the highest bidder, and the property is thereafter at the purchaser's sole risk and responsibility. Users must register and be approved to bid before the auction. Mastrangelo Auctions reserves the right to deny approval for any reason.
