Sale terms and Conditions

1) All purchases are final with the fall of the hammer, any disputes are at the auctioneers discretion.
2) All payments must be made within 24 hours of the completion of the sale
3) All purchased items must be collected within 3 days of the completion of the sale unless by prior arrangement.
4) All condition report requests must be finalised 24 hours prior to the commencement of the sale.
5) Danielle Elizabeth auctions make no representation or warranty as to the condition of items sold... it is up to the buyer to satisfy themselves prior to the sale commencement as to the condition of any item they wish to bid on. If Danielle Elizabeth makes any comment regards an items condition or it is categorised into the A,B or C format then this is only as a guide and we the auction room cannot be held responsible if the condition is different to our report.

payment terms and conditions

All payments for purchased goods must be made within 24 hours of the auction completion. All payments must be cleared and finalised before buyer can collect or arrange freight for their items.
Payment may be made by credit card... wire transfer... or cash on collection. If you use credit card there is a 2% surcharge on top of your invoice total to cover our merchant charges.

Buyers premium

At Danielle Elizabeth auctions there is a 16.5% buyers premium on the hammer price of all goods sold. This premium is inclusive of Australias 10% goods and services tax (GST)

Lot Condition

Danielle Elizabeth auctions does have a 2 day viewing period for buyers to satisfy themselves as to the condition of any item they wish to bid on. If the buyer is remote to the gold coast and wishes to get a condition report on any item you may email a list through during the two day viewing period. One of our staff will email you back with a general description as to the condition of the item. These descriptions are without prejudice and will include all faults that we note on the item. We will of course do our best to give an accurate and honest account of the item but take no responsibility as to the omission of any fault, and will accept no buyer withdrawing from a purchase due to claims made over a condition report. This report is merely a tool to assist a remote buyer to get a better idea as to a lots condition, but is in no way a warranty or guarantee.
