Album of twelve leaves, ink and colour on paper, the last leaf signed by the artist Tang Lumin, with a total of seventeen artist's seals reading Lemin, Lemin shi, Tang sheng, Tang shi xiao yin, Tang shi shuhua, Tang shi shihua, each leaf inscribed by Zheng Wenzhuo (1856-1918), with a total of fifteen calligrapher's seals.
With a colophon and titleslip by Wu Changshuo (1844-1927), dated yisi (1905), with one calligrapher's seal.

款識：湯祿名。
題識：（一）畫樓春語。老芝題於樵風廎。（二）祝祝棲塒夜，霜寒月嚮農。一聲天下白，起舞獨何人。鶴道人題句。（三）暗將一點芳心，銜過別院。此幀秀逸似吹香館設色，老芝題。（四）這雙燕何曾，會人言語？宋徽宗〈燕山亭〉詞，鶴道人戲識。（五）櫻筍廚，亦江南山家清供。鶴語。（六）南風之薰，山果園蔬，於此得少清味。叔問。（七）春暉長蔭碧，得此足忘憂。叔問句。（八）三秋佳品。曩見玉壺畫冊，同此清致。石芝西堪漫識。（九）晚妝初罷倚珎樷，夢意沈吟一卷中。愁絕玉鉤羅幕影，秋花相對斷腸紅。樂翁繢仕女最得閑雅之致，而題詠絕少，爰賦廿八字補之。叔問記。（十）花際淡黃月，䨥棲翠羽寒。小山幽夢覺，秋思滿闌干。木樨香裏，烏夢初酣。夜泊西峽時得此景，微丹青妙手，孰能傳之。大鶴記並句。（十一）叱撥窺簾雪一窠，午晴曾臥牡丹坡。只今誰裹晶鹽聘，空向花陰撲蜨過。舊題...
