RESTRICTED ITEMS: It is the buyer's responsibility to abide by their local laws, including not bidding on or buying items that are restricted in their local area. We will not release a buyer from purchasing an item restricted in their area and disputes will be filed with Invaluable Auctions for non paying bidders.

REGISTRATION:
Buyers must register for a bidding number by giving name, address, phone number, and photo identification acceptable to us. Online bidders must have a credit card on file with the prevailing online auction service. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.

BUYER'S PREMIUM:
A buyer's premium of 28% of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. The total sales price is subject to applicable sales tax. Complete payment is required in cash, acceptable check, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Paypal within 7 days of the sale date.

REMOVAL:
Items purchased may be removed once payment is made.

SHIPPING:
G. Evans Auctions does not ship. Buyer will coordinate all shipping, delivery and pickup arrangements with DAKS Global Logistics directly. All items must be paid for before scheduling pick up or shipping arrangements. The purchaser must pay for and remove all property from the auction site, G. Evans Auctions at DAKS Global Logistics, 122 Mill road Suite K1110 Phoenixville PA 19460, at his/her risk and expense. Buyers are welcome to use a pack/ship professional of their choice or to collect their purchases in person at "the auction site" within ten days (10), July 10, 2020, following the auction event. Daks can provide quotes for shipment of all purchases. All purchases not removed from the auction site, G. Evans Auctions at DAKS Global Logistics, within that time frame will be released to the third party storage and shipping company, DAKS Global Logistics in Phoenixville, PA. After that period a one-time $25 handling fee will be assessed and a daily storage charge of $5 per lot/day will commence regardless of lot size or value. Please bring your paid invoice at the time of pick up to speed up the process.
