Lot 96: T. J. Horsley (British, b. circa 1755)

A Lady, wearing dark green coat and waistband, white high-necked dress with frills to her bodice and tiered collar, black ribbon necktie, her brown hair parted at the front and curled over a fine black ribbon bandeau, the back plaited and upswept into a knot upon her head before a tortoiseshell comb.
Gilt-mounted on rectangular papier-mâché frame.
