All lots comprising the auction are offered on behalf and upon the orders of the senders or consignors, as Seller, unless otherwise expressly set forth in the catalogue.

The terms and conditions of sale and warranty, and the contents of this catalogue, may be modified by oral notices or announcements to be made during the auction. By participating in this auction, the Buyer is deemed to accept these terms and conditions of sale.

1. The maker of the highest bid accepted by the auctioneer conducting the sale shall be the Buyer. At the time of purchasing the lot, the Buyer may pay the price in full, or make an initial payment of 20%, as well as a payment of a 12% commission plus VAT. The outstanding balance must be paid off within two business days following the auction, and the items must be collected within the following five business days, from 10 am to 6 pm. If the outstanding balance is not paid in full upon the expiration of the period set forth above, the transaction shall lapse, which means that the Buyer shall forfeit any sums paid as initial payment and commission, as well as any rights over the items sold during the auction.

The Buyer shall collect on its own behalf and at its own expense the lots purchased. If the Buyer fails to do so, the Buyer shall pay a storage fee of 1% of the selling price per day. In all cases, once the lot has been collected, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim regarding any defects, deterioration or for any other reason.

2. The lots have been previously exhibited for potential bidders to inspect the items prior to making any bids, in order to determine their condition, size and whether they have been repaired or restored. Furthermore, Subastas de arte Roldan shall not be liable in any way for any errors or omissions in the catalogue or in any other supplementary material.

3. Subastas de arte Roldan reserves the right to withdraw any lot from sale, without incurring any liability therefor.

4. The auctioneer shall have full discretion to answer any question or settle any matter that may occur during the auction, as well as to establish a bid range, reject any bid that is not proportional to the price of the lot offered, and to change the order of the sale, without giving any reason therefor.

Roldan offers a comprehensive shipping service. Our Shipping Department can advise buyers on exporting and shipping property, and arranging delivery.
We will send you a quotation for shipping your purchase(s). Transit risk insurance may also be included in your
quotation. If the quotation is accepted, we will arrange the shipping for you and will despatch the property as soon as possible after receiving your written agreement to the terms of the quotation, release of the property and receipt of any export licence or certificates that may be required. Despatch will be arranged at the buyer's expense. Roldan may charge an administrative fee for arranging the despatch. All shipments should be unpacked and checked on delivery and any discrepancies notified immediately to the party identified in your quotation and/or the accompanying documentation.

The auctioneer may vary the increments during the course of the auction at his or her own descretion.
