Stokely Webster (American, 1912-2001), "Nude," etching on paper, signed lower right "Stokely Webster" and inscribed lower left "1/80," measures 9.75x7.75 inches to plate mark, overall 21x16 inches framed. CONDITION: Good. Webster was best known as an American impressionist artist who studied in Paris. His works can be found in the permanent collections of many museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the National Museum of American Art, the Smithsonian Institution, the White House, Gracie Mansion in New York, the Senate Office Building, and the Museum of the City of New York.
