Dedication leaves to the Marchioness of Rockingham in Latin and English, 18 hand-coloured engraved plates by J. Sowerby, one double-page (lacks title, a few isolated spots, a few plates cropped into plate mark but not affecting image or letters). Contemporary half reversed calf (rubbed, some scuffing). Provenance: J. E. Smith (early signature on first dedication leaf, possibly that of the author) -- J.
