CAMBUS VALLERY - an original watercolor by well listed artist Sir James Hubert Medlycott (1841-1929). Signed, dated 11 (1911), and titled by the artist. In very good condition and on good white watercolor paper. With a sheet size of 5 x 9 inches. Rev. Sir James Hubert Medlycott was educated at Harrow and Trinity College, Cambridge. He was a Vicar of Milborne Port Somerset, from 1870 to 1883, and of Hill, Glouchestershire from 1883 to,1886. Medlycott exhibited at the Royal Institute and the S.B.A.. His work is highly collected and regularly sold at first class auction houses. Highly collectable, especially in the US.
