Siobhán McDonald BETWEEN WORLDS, 2007 signed, inscribed and dated on reverse oil on canvas 51 by 51cm., 20 by 20in. Provenance: Acquired directly from the artist by the present owner Siobhán McDonald lives and works in Dublin but was born in New York and reared in Co. Monaghan. She trained in Belfast, Amsterdam, and New York and has since exhibited extensively in Ireland, New York and Belfast. Her most recent exhibition entitled 'Ash and Ether' was held in The Cross Gallery, Dublin in May 2009. Her work can be found in a variety of important public and private collections including the Office of Public Works, the Ulster Museum and Bank of Ireland as well as internationally.
